OK ok, so I haven't updated the blog! SORRRRYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!! Here are the latest and greatest pics...do you notice something missing? I DO! It's called ACCESSORIES! Guess what I'm doing next!? woohoo!

We are full into finishing our bedroom/bathroom this week. I'm SO excited! It's the only section of the house that hadn't been touched. Some of you have seen the 20 (literally) color paint samples on the walls. I finally made the decisions and painted the bathroom on Sunday. It's beautiful...brown, but beautiful. On Tuesday Petr (the one who did our bookshelves) was here with his carpenters to install wainscoting around the entire bedroom. It looks like the moldings in our dining room. Yesterday Juan (Petr's painter) was here to paint the ceiling and the sitting area and last night Phil and I (mostly Phil) hung our new ceiling fan. Juan will be back tomorrow to finish up painting the walls, wainscoting, and crown molding in the bathroom. Pictures to come when finished!

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!! We had Chad, Michelle, and the boys over last night to ring in the New Year and had a great 5+ hours together. The boys spent the time playing video games, airsoft, and setting off all the noise makers we bought (crackers, pop its, etc). Of course you know what the adults did (gulp gulp gulp) :-)...Here are some great pics of the evening...and you know we can't leave out Morgan and Sarah! Have a happy and prosperous New Year and don't forget to eat your corned beef and cabbage! We'll be having ruebens for lunch today!
