The Great Smokey Mountains
During our trips to and from Gatlinburg last weekend we were lucky enough to go through part of the Smokey Mountains. Below are pictures from our trip home on Monday morning. Yes everyone, that does say 9 degrees...needless to say, the boys and Phil got out of the car while the sane person (ME) stayed IN the car!

Our "Lee" Christmas in Gatlinburg
We celebrated our traditional Lee Christmas in Gatlinburg, TN this year instead of Williamsburg as in years past. Robby and his crew drove to our house last Thursday and the 7 of us headed to TN around 10:30 the next morning. We met up with mom and dad around 2:30 to check into the timeshare a little north or Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was a spectacular view on top of a hill (would have been even better if it wasn't raining most of the weekend!) We still managed to have a fun, albeit sober, dinner Friday night, take a trip into the town of Gatlinburg Saturday, exchanged presents on Saturday night, and went to a fantastic show on Sunday evening (similar to the Cirque shows). Oh and I can't forget our annual pilgrimage to the outlets but this year mom, Lyla, and I added a stop at the local winery too! Here are some great pics of the weekend. Merry Christmas everyone!
